The Fiscal Incentives Group was formed in 2015 to help businesses determine their annual entitlement to capital allowances, land remediation relief and R&D expenditure credits and to support them with the necessary information to make robust decisions at each stage of a project’s life cycle. We are independent and work exclusively with tax incentives applicable to the built environment.

His primary focus is on tax incentives associated with housebuilding and property development and he remains an active participator in HM Treasury consultations regarding the future direction of fiscal support for those sectors.
