How we help our clients
We help companies determine their annual entitlement to Capital Allowances, Land Remediation Relief and Research & Development Expenditure Credits. Whilst claims for individual projects can be prepared, we typically support clients with an annual review of expenditure across all projects reconciled back to the statutory accounts.
Our deliverables include a separate claim document for each project, aggregated into an annual summary for each allowance, relief or credit which provides a single point of responsibility and a clear thread of auditability from individual supplier costs on each project all the way through to the entry in the company’s tax return.
Our Capital Assets Database capability, delivered in partnership with Tax Automation Limited, is for companies with significant property portfolios who require comprehensive records and reporting functionality, including scenario modelling for capital gains tax, capital allowances and VAT for each property across multiple legal entities.

Land Remediation Relief
A 150% tax relief to encourage the remediation of contaminated sites. Available to housebuilders or companies developing sites for sale, investment or for their own use.
Capital Allowances
Up to 100% tax relief on capital expenditure to encourage investment in the development or acquisition of any non-domestic buildings. Available to all companies and private individuals.
R&D Expenditure Credit
A 20% expenditure credit paid to companies investing in research and development (R&D) activities. Available to all companies (excluding UK Property Investment companies).
Capital Assets Database
A comprehensive capital taxes reporting and computation system for companies requiring detailed tax management capability across multiple property assets.
